In this role you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue processes including billing eligibility and vendor management while driving revenue integrity optimizing workflows and implementing automation to reduce denials and maximize revenue capture. You will partner closely with Finance Product Engineering Data and Operations teams to align revenue cycle strategy with business goals and ensure efficiency compliance and financial performance. Ultimately this role will own the financial health of the revenue cycle identifying trends improving payer relationships and building scalable high-performing operations that support Maven Clinic’s continued growth. This role is ideal for someone with telehealth and fertility care RCM experience who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from the ground up. As Manager of Revenue Cycle Management at Maven you will: Revenue Cycle Strategy & Leadership Build and execute a proactive RCM strategy that optimizes revenue capture prevents denials before they happen and positions Maven Clinic for scalable growth Lead develop and mentor a team of ~6 across billing and eligibility—creating clarity structure and momentum through change Proactively assess risks and gaps in the revenue cycle and surface areas for automation standardization or redesign Define track and act on core KPIs (e.g. A/R aging denial rates collection efficiency clean claim rate) to stay ahead of revenue and operational challenges Review analyze and interpret data related to the financial health of the business Communicate and report to manager and senior leadership on the health of the RCM function Stay ahead of industry shifts—applying payer trends and policy changes to adjust strategy before issues arise Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner proactively across Finance Operations Product and Data to align RCM with broader business priorities Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for fertility care billing and reimbursement—bringing a forward-looking lens to system design and policy discussions Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify future needs and shape internal tooling to support a more agile and efficient RCM infrastructure Billing Coding & Compliance Own and optimize the full revenue cycle—including billing coding and collections Lead a proactive claims management strategy: ensure timely accurate submissions and anticipate potential issues before they impact cash flow Monitor and apply regulatory and payer policy updates in real time Partner with Compliance to maintain documentation readiness and a proactive audit posture Process Improvement & Technology Identify process bottlenecks early and implement forward-thinking scalable solutions to drive speed accuracy and transparency Work closely with the Data team to uncover trends detect shifts in revenue behavior and support strategic forecasting Act as a proactive partner to technical teams—translating future RCM needs into product and system requirements We’re looking for you to bring: 5-7 years of progressive RCM experience including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multi-functional teams Deep understanding of health care billing (preferred: fertility care) Experience building relationships with payer partners Experience in startups or high-growth environments Strong knowledge of CPT coding payer requirements and the full claims lifecycle Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables trends reconciliation) Comfortable serving as the RCM SME in cross-functional system conversations Experience leading change and guiding teams through transition What Success Looks Like: Maintaining low denial rates and increase in first-pass claim acceptance Decreased days in A/R and improved cash flow performance Improved billing accuracy and compliance with payer requirements Effective collaboration with internal teams data analysts and product managers to optimize reimbursement streamline workflows and enhance automation Communicate and report to manager and senior leadership on the health of the RCM function Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them you can learn them with us!): Experience using Availity Stedi Echo and/or Zelis Experience with other integration models with payers Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. In this high impact role you will own the strategy and operations for Maven’s fertility pharmacy program. You will also collaborate closely with Maven’s network operations team on strategy for the ecosystem of organizations that provide fertility care for Maven members — including fertility clinics and ancillary partners such as genetic testing labs. You’ll cultivate high-impact partnerships with Maven’s specialty pharmacy partners and pharmaceutical manufacturers shaping the experience for our partners members and clinics and ensuring operational excellence. Internally you will lead a cross-functional effort to refine how we engage support and evolve our ecosystem of fertility care working across teams to deliver improved access quality and value for Maven’s members. This role reports to the Senior Director of Fertility Program Strategy on Maven’s Client Operations team. As a Senior Fertility Market Strategy Manager at Maven you will: Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer partners to ensure performance compliance and mutual value. Manage and execute contracting processes including RFPs when necessary—partnering with internal stakeholders to conduct landscape analyses develop proposals negotiate terms and bring contracts to final execution. Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Maven’s fertility pharmacy program supporting commercial and growth efforts by completing pharmacy-related exhibits and analyses answering questions and participating in client meetings. Lead cross-functional workstreams related to ecosystem changes such as onboarding new partners adjusting network composition or evolving our network offerings—ensuring initiatives are scoped resourced and executed effectively. Participate externally at select conferences and industry events serving as one of Maven’s external ambassadors to fertility pharmacies clinics and ancillary partners. Define and operationalize a scalable approach to strategic engagement including the design of a structured operating cadence (e.g. QBRs partnership summits) and creation of high-quality insight-driven content for recurring partner interactions. Drive partner-level analytics and performance insights using data to monitor clinical quality service performance and network value and to inform ongoing strategic decisions. We’re looking for you to bring: 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy network management partnerships or operations—preferably with exposure to fertility pharmacy A proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving both internal and external stakeholders Experience designing and improving partner-facing processes and support models ideally in a high-growth or matrixed environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with comfort serving as the external face of a company and influencing senior stakeholders Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and storytelling Passion for Maven’s mission and a deep commitment to transforming family healthcare The base salary range for this role is $150000 - $190000 per year. As a Deputy General Counsel Digital Healthcare you will: Guide Product and AI Development: Provide strategic counsel to product engineering clinical and operations teams on healthcare and regulatory considerations across the product lifecycle including AI-powered features and decision support. Develop a framework for responsible AI implementation that balances innovation with regulatory compliance and ethical considerations. Lead a High-Impact Team: Develop and manage a team of legal professionals with a focus on business results. Create opportunities for team members to grow their skills and take on increasing responsibility. Align team structure and capabilities with Maven's business needs. Build Scalable Systems & Cross-Functional Alignment: Develop and maintain healthcare compliance frameworks privacy protocols and product review processes that reflect a deep understanding of Maven’s business. Build strong collaborative relationships across business teams to streamline regulatory review compliance documentation and cross-functional decision-making. Lead Practical Privacy Programs: Oversee Maven’s privacy program in collaboration with security and data stakeholders. Develop and implement comprehensive privacy strategies that address HIPAA GDPR CCPA and emerging global privacy laws while enabling Maven’s data-driven business model. Manage Healthcare Compliance: Lead a small focused compliance team and ensure alignment with federal and state healthcare laws payer requirements and clinical operationsAct as a Strategic Legal Partner: Anticipate legal and regulatory risks early and work cross-functionally to address them while advancing Maven’s roadmap. Establish protocols for product compliance reviews regulatory assessments and develop healthcare strategies that protect Maven while enabling business objectives. Advise on Contracting Strategy: Support Commercial Legal with healthcare subject matter guidance on all contracts. Develop standardized regulatory provisions that address healthcare specific requirements while streamlining the contracting process. Partner Across Legal Teams: Work closely with the Legal teams to ensure seamless integration across the business. Develop joint workflows and communication channels that enable efficient collaboration between legal specialties and create a unified approach to supporting Maven's business objectives. We’re looking for you to bring: 12+ years of legal experience including at least 5+ years in-house in healthcare digital health or similarly regulated environments Deep expertise in healthcare law US and global privacy frameworks and healthcare regulatory obligations Strong background in product counseling with demonstrated ability to influence fast-moving teams with clear business-aware guidance Track record of building or leading compliance programs including people management experience Exceptional communicator and relationship builder who brings clarity pragmatism and confidence to complex topics Direct experience advising on legal and ethical implications of AI in healthcare or other complex data environments is strongly desired Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to provide clear guidance in evolving regulatory landscapes Familiarity with privacy program management tools is a plus The base salary range for this role is $265000 - $305000 per year.
