The Senior Project Manager will take primary responsibility within the project team for planning coordinating and delivering project activities through the entire project life cycle from pre-development through construction and handoff to the client on major complex and business-critical projects. Under the general direction of the Project Director the SPM delivers CMD’s Owner’s Advisor Services as an extension of the client’s team independently leading day-to-day execution to meet schedule budget quality and client objectives in conformance with CMD’s project management methodologies and standards.
