I'm looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant with strong outbound calling skills who can research contact and qualify potential surplus funds leads. This role pays 3-7$. About the Role This company is a surplus funds recovery company that helps identify and contact individuals who may be owed funds following property-related proceedings and they are looking to bring on a Lead Generation & Cold Calling VA to help with lead research outbound calling and prospect qualification. You will research assigned leads verify relevant information call prospects using provided scripts handle basic objections and pass qualified interested leads to the principal. Responsibilities • Research assigned foreclosure and surplus funds leads. • Verify property obituary lien and ownership information. • Make outbound calls to assigned prospects. • Qualify prospects and handle common objections. • Transfer interested qualified leads to the principal.
