CinRetta Digital is hiring a detail-oriented Property Management Accountant to own the books for a stable long-term US property management client full trust accounting owner statements and bookkeeping 100% remote from anywhere in the Philippines. What You'll Own ✅ Prepare and distribute monthly owner statements and financial reports for assigned US property portfolios ✅ Handle trust accounting and three-way bank reconciliations (operating security deposit trust accounts) ✅ Process AP/AR rent rolls and operating expense reports ✅ Reconcile tenant ledgers and GL accounts in AppFolio or Buildium ✅ Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) ✅ Support budget prep variance analysis and year-end closing ✅ Work directly with US property managers and clients on billing and financial questions ✅ Assist with audit prep and ensure US GAAP compliance What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field Hands-on experience with AppFolio or Buildium required (not just familiarity) Daily active use of QuickBooks Online (QBO) required Proven trust accounting owner statement and bank reconciliation experience in property management 3+ years overall accounting experience with at least 2 years supporting US-based PM clients Strong grasp of US GAAP AP/AR and general ledger processes Excellent written and spoken English confident communicating directly with US clients Bonus Points For Experience managing multiple US PM client accounts at once Exposure to Yardi MRI or similar enterprise PM platforms Comfortable with Google Workspace Asana or Slack in a remote team setup Why Join CinRetta 100% Work From Home — work from anywhere in the Philippines Pay Php40000.00 - Php45000.00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s) Do you have hands-on experience handling accounting for a US-based property management or short-term rental (STR) company?
