& Experiences 3+ years of B2B sales experience 2+ years selling commercial or architectural lighting Knowledge of controls dimming and emergency lighting Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience working with contractors architects engineers or distributors Handling large commercial projects from quote through close Understanding project timelines Strong verbal and written communication skills Maintaining sales pipelines and follow-up schedules Ability to read lighting schedules and construction drawings Odoo CRM software experience Ability to read construction plans and lighting schedules Knowledge of eCommerce and internet sales (Plus)
