Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and drive strategic financial insights across our organization. Duties Develop complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities asset performance and market trends within the real estate and financial services sectors. Conduct rigorous quantitative financial analysis to assess risk return and valuation metrics for diverse portfolios. Interpret financial statements and accounting data to identify key performance indicators and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed financial reports presentations and forecasts using advanced spreadsheets and financial reporting software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects related to real estate markets investment banking activities and asset management strategies. Manage team members by providing guidance on financial modeling techniques analysis methods and best practices for accurate data interpretation. Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients stakeholders and senior management through effective client communication strategies. Stay current with developments in financial markets knowledge investment management trends and relevant regulatory changes to inform analysis accuracy. Experience Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst within the real estate or financial services industry. Demonstrated expertise in financial model development construction of spreadsheets for forecasting valuation and scenario analysis. Strong background in accounting principles combined with experience using accounting software and financial analysis tools. Extensive knowledge of financial markets investment management practices portfolio management techniques and real estate analysis. Hands-on experience with financial software such as Excel (advanced functions) specialized financial modeling tools and reporting platforms. Familiarity with quantitative analysis methods including math-based modeling techniques applied to asset valuation and risk assessment. Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for decision-making purposes. Prior experience in client communication within a consulting or advisory capacity is highly desirable. A solid understanding of investment banking processes financial planning strategies and asset management operations is preferred.
