THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Lead & Creative Strategist who functions as a force multiplier for agency leadership. You will take full command of 5 to 6 client retainers acting as the primary strategic brain and execution driver. This role bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy creative content production (YouTube LinkedIn Instagram Meta/ Google Ads) statistical performance analysis and operational process discipline. You will direct dedicated remote pods of graphic designers video editors and animators to deliver flawless creative assets while keeping every account on schedule and on strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

& OPERATIONAL PILLARS Pillar 1 Account Ownership & Multi-Channel Strategy End-to-End Client Leadership Own 5–6 retainers completely. Act as the primary strategic voice for domestic and international founders (Canada Germany India). Omnichannel Strategy Draft schedule and oversee content calendars across LinkedIn (thought leadership & carousels) YouTube (long-form scripts & Shorts) Instagram (reels & visual identity) and performance ad funnels. Executive Branding & Narrative Architecture Translate complex business models and founder personalities into sharp high-converting digital hooks and formats. Pillar 2 Data Analytics Statistical Trends & Reporting Discipline Weekly Operational Dashboards Track calculate and analyze core performance metrics across accounts (Hook Retention Rate Engagement Rate Click-Through Rates [CTR] Conversion Pipelines). Monthly Strategic Reviews Prepare and present structured monthly performance reviews to clients and leadership providing statistical trend analysis and clear strategic adjustments. Data-Driven Content Iteration Systematically identify top-performing content clusters and eliminate underperforming formats based on empirical platform data. Pillar 3 Process Engineering SOPs & Documentation SOP Creation & Maintenance Draft update and enforce standardized operating procedures for client onboarding creative briefing visual quality control script handoffs and final client sign-offs. Centralized Hub Management Keep project management portals (Notion ClickUp Asana Google Workspace) meticulously updated so every team member operates off clean documented workflows. Pillar 4 Creative Team Leadership & Sprint Management Production Sprint Management Lead daily virtual standups and weekly sprint planning for remote editors animators and designers. Creative Briefing & QA Translate high-level client strategies into granular briefs. Ensure 100% adherence to visual editorial and brand standards before external release. Pillar 5 Skill Upgradation & AI Tool Integration Workflow Innovation Actively integrate modern generative AI automated tools and advanced social listening software into content production workflows. Team Mentorship Continuously train and upskill junior designers and editors on visual hierarchy platform trends and storytelling techniques.
