PTO and professional development opportunities What You’ll Own Lead monthly forecasting budgeting and financial planning activities Support annual operating plans strategic planning and rolling forecast processes Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions Analyze pricing product profitability inventory material costs and key business drivers Develop KPIs dashboards and reporting tools that improve business visibility Partner with operational leaders to identify risks trends and growth opportunities Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate actionable recommendations Support cash flow forecasting and financial performance analysis Evaluate foreign currency impacts and financial performance across global operations Assist with acquisition analysis integration activities and strategic growth initiatives Utilize Power BI and advanced analytics tools to enhance reporting and decision-making What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field 5+ years of FP&A Financial Analysis or Corporate Finance experience Manufacturing industry experience Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis Experience with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Power BI (or other business intelligence platform) experience and strong data visualization capabilities Experience developing KPIs dashboards and management reporting Strong presentation skills with executive-facing experience Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations Your Career Partner The Reserves Network a veteran-founded and family-owned recruiting firm specializes in connecting exceptional Accounting & Finance professionals with outstanding career opportunities.
