Overview

Client is seeking a Senior Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant to support a leading healthcare organization's top-priority strategic enterprise initiative migrating government programs onto the Facets platform. In this role you will drive cross-divisional process discovery design and alignment across critical business units such as Claims Enrollment Provider Utilization Management Care Management and Appeals & Grievances. You will serve as a consultative bridge stitching together complex end-to-end processes identifying cross-functional handshakes and introducing process ownership in an evolving matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process discovery definition mapping and documentation across enterprise healthcare business domains.

• Facilitate consultative discovery sessions and apply problem-solving methodologies (e.g. ""5 Whys"") with business stakeholders to address process gaps and establish cross-divisional handshakes.
• Drive process maturity and cross-functional alignment across siloed business units to transition to a integrated end-to-end operational structure.
• Partner closely with leadership business readiness leads and enterprise project management offices to support platform transition initiatives.
• Utilize enterprise process modeling tools to create detailed high-quality process maps and operational documentation.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience with at least 4 to 6 years specializing in a consultative Business Process Management (BPM) or Process Improvement role.

• Direct domain experience within the Healthcare Insurance / Payor space (understanding end-to-end workflows in Claims Enrollment Provider Care Management or Appeals & Grievances).
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level process discovery end-to-end process mapping and root-cause analysis in ambiguous (""gray space"") environments.
• Advanced proficiency in enterprise process mapping software (e.g. Signavio Blueworks Live ARIS Visio or similar tools).
• Exceptional consultative stakeholder management and cross-functional facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience or exposure to Facets platform implementations or migrations within a payor environment.

• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
