Managing deliverables in time quality and budget of the from the very beginning to Go-live Making work and resource planning within the scope of the Project Plan Collaborating with cross-functional teams including SAP consultants and developers to ensure project objectives are met Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders Mitigating risks and resolving issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope Leading and coordinating multiple project teams ensuring alignment effective communication and high team performance across all workstreams Working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and align SAP solutions accordingly Supporting in Presales activities if and when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree from related fields of reputable universities At least 12 years of SAP solutions experience minimum 7 years of which should be in project management Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members Proven experience of managing full-cycle projects including planning execution and delivery Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Necessity of PMP certification Fluency in spoken and written English Planning problem solving and decision-making skills Solution-oriented and strong customer relations Team management capabilities No restrictions on domestic and international travel.
