As a Represented Claims Adjuster you'll manage residential property claims collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and play a key role in delivering fair timely and accurate claim resolutions.

What You'll Do

Manage first-party property claims involving public adjusters attorneys and other represented parties Analyze coverage liability damages and supporting documentation to make sound claim decisions Negotiate claim resolutions with public adjusters attorneys vendors and other stakeholders Review estimates establish reserves and evaluate exposures in accordance with company standards Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Support the resolution of complex disputed and escalated claims while delivering exceptional customer service

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred Active adjuster license and ability to obtain and maintain required non-resident licenses 2+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience including direct insurance carrier experience Experience handling represented claims involving public adjusters and/or attorneys Strong understanding of coverage analysis claim negotiations and state regulatory requirements Experience with Xactimate Guidewire ClaimCenter or similar claims platforms preferred Desire to live Slide's Core Values What Slide Offers To You The Slide Vibe - An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion Purpose and Technology!
