Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI tools to improve productivity and product quality. 2. Website Development & Maintenance Develop manage and optimize company websites using modern web development frameworks and CMS platforms. Integrate AI capabilities third-party APIs and custom plugins into web ecosystems. Ensure websites are performance-optimized mobile-responsive SEO-ready and up to date. Collaborate with design and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional visually compelling web experiences. 3. 3D Visualization & Configurator Management Operate and maintain web-based 3D product configurators that allow real-time customization for end users. Produce and optimize 3D visual assets for use on the website and in marketing materials. Understand and manage the technical infrastructure behind 3D rendering on the web (WebGL Three.js or similar). Collaborate with the team to ensure the configurator is aligned with current product offerings and brand standards. 4. Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO SEM social media email and paid advertising. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and position the brand effectively. Create manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Monitor performance analytics (Google Analytics Meta Insights etc.) and report on KPIs with actionable insights. Align marketing strategies with website and AI capabilities to create cohesive automated growth funnels. 5. IT Operations & Process Management Oversee and manage the organization’s digital infrastructure including hosting environments domain management and cloud tools. Implement and maintain IT workflows that improve team efficiency and operational reliability. Identify technical bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues across all digital systems.
