The analyst supports the Technical Project Lead and Deputy Program Manager by maintaining accurate records of deliverables milestones Government inputs implementation waves risks dependencies and review comments without assuming Government program management responsibilities. ➡ Position

Responsibilities

➡ Maintain integrated trackers for deliverables milestones implementation waves dependencies actions decisions and review comments. Support schedule analysis and identify potential delivery impacts caused by access approvals system readiness test windows or third-party dependencies. Prepare recurring status summaries and data calls using validated information from technical workstreams. Track deliverable submission Government review periods comment disposition and acceptance status. Support quantitative analysis of implementation throughput maturity assessment cadence and artifact completion. Maintain organized repositories and traceability between SOW requirements work products and delivery status. Job

Qualifications

➡ Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics Cybersecurity or a related field. Three or more years of program analysis project coordination or technical delivery support experience. Experience with schedule risk action deliverable and dependency tracking. Strong Excel reporting documentation and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Federal cybersecurity programs. Experience with Jira ServiceNow SharePoint Microsoft Project or similar tools. Familiarity with Zero Trust or enterprise security modernization.
