Timely and accurate preparation of MEP BIM model for IFC drawings. Update the MEP model as per Engineers mark ups and design changes. Prepare Builders work drawings. Prepare Coordinated Model for issue to client. Combining all models to undertake clash detection & resolution using Revit and Navisworks. Prepares clash report of the Model using Navisworks. Assist project team with construction coordination. Coordinates with other trades for drawings & installation conflicts. Sheets production from the MEP model Detail Review & Layout mechanical shop drawing (HVAC Plumbing Fire Protection Architectural). Modelling MEP services using Revit MEP software. Coordinates with other trades for drawings & installation conflicts. Extracting 3D models to 2D files.
& Experience Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Revit MEP (30hrs) and Navisworks(20hrs) Preferably Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Electrical Design or Mechanical Design or be working towards certification A degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is an advantage. Ideally 1-2 years of experience with Revit MEP and Naviswork Manage Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in MEP Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems is an advantage.
