Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain candidate and employee records. Draft offer letters appointment letters and HR documents. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation. Support employee engagement and performance initiatives. Ensure compliance with company HR policies. Maintain HR reports and recruitment metrics. Eligibility Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or a related field. 0–3 years of HR or recruitment experience. Freshers with excellent communication and HR knowledge are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
