WFH Salary ₹15000 – ₹25000 per month (Based on experience) About Modern Theory Modern Theory is a branding agency that helps businesses build impactful brands through strategy design and digital experiences. We specialize in logo design packaging design website design brand identity and complete brand guideline development. We're looking for a creative organized and proactive Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and our creative team ensuring every branding project is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for branding clients. Understand client requirements business goals and brand vision. Prepare clear project briefs for the design team. Coordinate branding projects including Logo Design Packaging Design Website Design Brand Identity Brand Guidelines Social Media Branding Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Follow up with designers and ensure smooth project execution. Review creative work before sharing it with clients. Collect client feedback and communicate revisions effectively. Keep projects organized using project management tools and trackers. Ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle. Required

Skills

Strong communication and client management skills. Creative thinking with a good eye for design and branding. Ability to understand branding concepts and provide constructive creative feedback. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Confidence in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Problem solving mindset and attention to detail. Basic understanding of social media websites and branding trends.

Preferred Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in project coordination branding digital marketing or creative agencies. Familiarity with Canva Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools is an advantage. Experience using project management tools such as Trello ClickUp Notion Asana or Monday.com is preferred.
