| Description | We are seeking a well-credentialed Mergers and Acquisitions attorney with significant BigLaw and/or in-house experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling private company M&A transactions including stock and asset purchases mergers joint ventures and related corporate restructurings. Strong knowledge of corporate governance transaction structuring and drafting and negotiating purchase agreements disclosure schedules and ancillary deal documents is required. Experience with private equity transactions venture capital financings or cross-border deals is a plus. This role will involve close collaboration with business leaders and investors on sophisticated transactions across multiple industries.
