| Description | Job Title: VP Program Manager Onsite Location: Atlanta GA or NYC NY Duration: 10+Months Contract to be long term for years Duties : • Deep expertise in the investment management domain and various data products like ESG Post Trade KPI Analytics Risk analytics and models etc • Expertise in the data management space – data acquisition ingestion transformation distribution consumption and data governance • Manage large complex multi-year projects/programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope time and quality • Coordinate the development of product definition and roadmaps in partnership w the product management team • Structure and manage integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results • Manage the product increment lifecycle and associated ceremonies • Manage relationships with senior leadership team and communicate status and issues regularly • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria • Manage interactions with various data engineering and product teams • Mobilize and manage a team to execute against project plans • Lead business and technical design phases • Lead teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology user experience and product) • Familiarity with Agile and Iterative Development. Skills : • 10 to 12 years of work experience • Ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence outcomes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in business process analysis design and implementation • Ambitious and proactive – able to show initiative and come up with ideas without prompting • Technical aptitude understanding technology in a business context • Experience working with global distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones • Sense of curiosity and the courage to ask tough questions • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred) • Ability to drive the adoption of Scaled Agile practices across global teams. Should be proficient and certified in agile at scale methodologies such as SaFE LeSS Nexus etc.. Education: BA/BS • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred) |
