Summary As a Project Manager at TrustScale you will lead end-to-end AI and data service projects ensuring successful delivery of large-scale high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering operations and client-facing departments to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with strategic objectives. This is a key role for a proactive detail-oriented professional passionate about driving excellence in AI project execution. Responsibilities Lead complex AI and data-related projects from planning to delivery using Agile methodologies. Define project scope milestones and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and timely delivery. Partner with internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into actionable project plans. Oversee project teams providing guidance and mentorship to coordinators and junior managers. Monitor progress identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Report regularly to stakeholders on progress challenges and results. Drive continuous improvement by innovating and optimizing project management practices and tools. Ensure all deliverables meet TrustScale’s standards of quality reliability and scalability. Requirements 5+ years of experience in project management preferably within AI data services or technology-driven environments. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced setting. Strong understanding of AI ML data annotation or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum or other iterative project management frameworks. PMI certification (PMP or equivalent) and/or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred. Demonstrated sense of urgency accountability and ownership of outcomes.
