Description | Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative you’ll be the vibrant voice of our company engaging with customers and providing exceptional support to meet their needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. You’ll handle inquiries resolve issues and promote our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism. What you’ll do Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone email and chat. Assist clients with inquiries ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings. Utilize your analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions in our systems. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and share best practices. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Basic qualifications Proficient in English multilingual or bilingual skills are a significant advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in customer service or client services roles. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus. Typing proficiency for efficient data entry.
