| Description | We are hiring a General Manager for our construction company Located in UAE. This is a challenging position with vast range of experience in construction field. Skills and Qualifications · An eligible candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. · Construction Experience: Significant experience of 15-20 Years in construction field out of that minimum 7 years in the UAE is must · Valid membership of Society of Civil engineering in UAE is must. · Required valid UAE driving license. · Project Management Skills: Proven ability to plan organize and manage construction projects effectively. · Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate construction teams. · Communication Skills: Excellent communication (Arabic preferred English is must) and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders. · Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex construction challenges. · Knowledge of UAE Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes regulations and safety standards. · Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant construction software and technologies.
