The Role You’ll Play As we continue to grow around the world we’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager GTM & G&A who will shape how we attract and hire exceptional talent. You’ll lead a global recruiting team partner with senior leaders and use insights and data to build scalable inclusive hiring strategies that fuel our growth. This is a fully remote position with no return to office. Partner with GTM and G&A leaders to understand priorities anticipate needs and design talent strategies that deliver results. Lead and develop a global team of full-cycle recruiters empowering them to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring experience. Use data and analytics to uncover trends measure success and drive continuous improvement across hiring performance and efficiency. Build and share dashboards and insights that help leaders make informed decisions and shape long-term talent plans. Collaborate with People Operations and Finance to align workforce goals budgets and hiring roadmaps. Create scalable consistent recruiting processes that balance speed with quality across regions. Experience You Bring 8+ years in recruiting with 4+ years of leadership experience. Deep experience supporting both GTM and G&A functions in high-growth or global organizations. Proven success turning data into stories and strategies that influence leaders and drive action. Strong business acumen and confidence as a trusted advisor to senior executives. Exceptional communication organization and relationship-building skills. A collaborative curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving people-first environment. Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse GoodTime or other data-driven platforms is a plus.
