DescriptionHR Assistant (Remote) Location: Remote (Work From Home) Type: Full-time / Part-time Experience: 0–2 years About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations hiring coordination and team management tasks. The role involves assisting the HR/recruitment process maintaining employee records coordinating interviews and helping with onboarding and documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist in posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records attendance and leave tracking. Help onboard new hires — documentation welcome kits and orientation. Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview updates. Draft basic HR letters (offer confirmation relieving etc.). Support payroll and performance tracking documentation. Handle basic HR communication (email replies follow-ups updates). Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and multitasking ability. Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools. Basic understanding of HR or recruitment processes. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
