Responsibilities Provide mentorship and technical guidance to agency team members in web and app development graphic design and marketing. Review project workflows code quality and design standards to ensure best practices are followed. Offer feedback and recommendations to improve team efficiency and project outcomes. Support the onboarding and upskilling of junior developers and designers. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops on relevant tools frameworks and industry trends. Collaborate with team leads to identify skill gaps and propose targeted training initiatives. Remain available for ongoing consultation and troubleshooting as needed. Skills And Requirements Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in modern web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and popular frameworks (e.g. React Angular or Vue). Familiarity with app development graphic design principles and digital marketing fundamentals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
