We work with companies across clinical regulatory quality engineering and scientific roles supporting their hiring needs with precision and expertise. We are seeking a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated results-driven professional who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys both business development and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting relationship management and client engagement within the biotech pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with biotech pharmaceutical and medical device companies to understand their hiring needs. Proactively identify and acquire job orders from new and existing clients. Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards networking and direct outreach to identify top talent. Screen interview and present qualified candidates to clients for consideration. Manage the entire hiring process from candidate sourcing to job placement ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Negotiate offers and assist candidates through onboarding. Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stay informed about industry trends hiring challenges and competitive market intelligence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or a related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years of full-desk recruiting experience preferably within biotech pharmaceuticals or life sciences. Proven ability to develop business secure job orders and successfully place candidates. Strong understanding of the biotechnology pharmaceutical and medical device industries including key roles and hiring trends. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask prioritize and manage multiple searches efficiently in a remote environment. Experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
