| Description | What's this role about? Position Summary: Program Manager will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the IT Leader driving operational excellence communication effectiveness and organizational alignment across the technology function. This role is ideal for a highly organized proactive and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling leadership success and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Executive Communications & Engagement - Draft review and manage executive-level communications including emails presentations and strategic updates. - Support the IT Leader in preparing for internal and external speaking engagements board meetings and leadership forums. Organizational Communications & Culture - Lead planning and execution of town halls leadership offsites and team-wide communications. - Partner with HR and internal communications teams to ensure messaging is consistent timely and aligned with organizational goals. Strategic Planning & Goal Tracking - Facilitate quarterly and annual planning cycles including OKRs KPIs and team goals. - Monitor progress against strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership. - Drive accountability and alignment across cross-functional teams. Operational Efficiency & Systems Optimization - Identify and implement process improvements across the IT organization. - Optimize usage of enterprise tools such as eCRM systems to track initiatives projects and team performance. - Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to enhance visibility and decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or related field MBA or equivalent preferred. - 7+ years of experience in technology strategy operations or consulting roles. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Experience with enterprise systems (e.g. eCRM project tracking tools) and data-driven decision-making.
