We are looking for a Collections Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in the pest control industry to support a growing US-based pest control business. The ideal candidate has actual experience working with a pest control or home-service company understands customer billing and collections and is confident handling outbound calls and payment follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue or outstanding balances. Follow up on unpaid invoices and secure payment commitments. Handle payment concerns objections and collection disputes professionally. Maintain accurate records of collection activities customer accounts and payment arrangements.
