P&C Insurance Domain Experience (Policy Claims Premium Exposure Reinsurance) Advanced SQL (Profiling Validation Window Functions Reconciliation) Medallion/Lakehouse Architecture Data Vault 2.0 Strong experience in Source-to-Target Mapping (STM/STTM) XML & JSON data formats Data Quality Analysis & Reconciliation Experience in Data Warehouse/Lakehouse programmes Agile methodologies with Jira & Confluence Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills Good to have Exposure to Databricks & PySpark concepts Power BI Semantic Models Actuarial Data Marts Guidewire / Duck Creek / ACORD Standards Python (Pandas) for Data Analysis Alteryx Data Catalog tools (Purview / Collibra) Insurance Certifications (III / CII / AINS) If you have strong P&C Insurance domain expertise along with Data Analysis and STTM experience we'd love to connect!
