Our Global Fleet Management department oversees the life cycle of all company-managed vehicles/equipment or leased owned and rental vehicles/equipment.  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Manager to be based at our factory (AMP1) in Casa Grande AZ to collaborate with various business stakeholders matching use cases with mobility solutions to oversee and support Lucid’s fleet vehicles for all Manufacturing Logistics Warehousing and Internal Programs in Arizona.  This role will report to Lucid’s Director of Global Fleet Management and will manage the life-cycle and all day-to-day aspects of Lucid’s Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Internal Fleet Vehicles quality control asset management and all tasks related to vehicle allocations to support Lucid’s production of vehicles.  The Fleet Manager will lead the AMP1 Fleet Specialist and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve operational excellence.  You Will: Lead strategic vehicle allocation and operations planning for AMP1 fleet assets.  Oversee in-fleeting and de-fleeting processes including vehicle acceptance inspection tagging and movement.  Manage preventive maintenance body repair software updates and vehicle health monitoring.  Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements for all AMP1 fleet vehicles.  Track and analyze fleet utilization maintenance schedules and operational KPIs.  Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd party vendors for vehicle maintenance storage and telematics.  Maintain accurate inventory and service records across all stages of the fleet life-cycle.  Implement cost reduction strategies and monitor maintenance expenditures.  Support Lucid’s Global Fleet Management goals and act as liaison with internal stakeholders.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet uptime utilization and compliance.  Utilize Lucid FMS and 3rd Party MHE Telematics systems for fleet tracking and reporting.  Conduct periodic audits and produce performance reports to inform decision-making.  Provide operational support for ad-hoc business initiatives and cross-functional projects.  Oversee Lucid’s Material Handling Equipment (MHE) fleet including forklifts tuggers and other warehouse operational equipment.  Manage lifecycle and fleet planning of over 900 pieces of active MHE equipment across multiple sites.  Manage vendor relationships quoting executing purchases and installation of new equipment throughout the operational footprint.  Review and maintain all leases ensuring timely replacement and optimization of equipment to improve utilization and reduce costs.  Coordinate and execute maintenance and equipment upkeep programs including PMs ongoing service urgent repairs and manage invoicing and costs related to maintenance and repairs.  Refine and develop long-term strategy and process for MHE fleet including purchases leasing rentals and R&M.  Oversee the entire process from identification of need through financial approval PO creation vendor delivery and system setup.  Manage spot needs for equipment to handle demand changes in the business.  Ensure preventative maintenance programs and contracts are in place for all equipment.  Audit and review vendor invoicing for accuracy and compliance.  Ensure proper data is captured and maintained to develop operational cost and utilization KPIs.  Revise and develop reporting processes to demonstrate business results and monitor maintenance activities.  Act as liaison for urgent equipment needs including repairs rentals and replacements.  Ensure all equipment is in safe and operable condition.  Develop and adhere to the company equipment budget.  Act as R&D representative for new technologies that can be incorporated into operations.    You Bring: Bachelor's Degree MBA preferred.  Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner.  Collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads and support the business.  Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively formulate effective action plans to deal with issues.   Flexible and able to work under pressure to balance competing priorities with strong organizational skills. Defining building and implementing processes and technologies to effectively deliver legal support in a scalable manner to DataCamp’s rapidly expanding portfolio of enterprise customers. Leading internal projects training and driving cross-functional efforts to completion. Assisting with special projects as needed.
