The Senior Product Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of SOCi’s clients by providing expert-level support for our products. View more on our Awards & Accolades here!  How You’ll Make an Impact Provide advanced product support to clients troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SOCi’s platform and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support cases ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with product management engineering and other internal teams to diagnose and resolve product issues providing detailed feedback and insights to drive product improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of SOCi’s products and services staying current with new features updates and industry trends. Create and maintain detailed documentation of support cases resolutions and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for clients providing guidance on best practices and optimal use of SOCi’s platform. Mentor and provide guidance to junior support specialists fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the support team. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement implementing strategies to enhance the overall client support experience. Participate in client success initiatives contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to drive client engagement satisfaction and retention What You’ll Need to be Successful Hybrid Opportunity: This role is fully remote until our Vancouver BC office or Toronto ON is established. Once the office is in place it will transition to a hybrid model with a 50/50 split between remote and in-office work. Must Have:   5+ years of experience in product support technical support or a related role within a SaaS or technology company. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex product issues. Knowledge and working experience of APIs and SQL.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support and achieving client satisfaction. Experience with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. About this role As an Outreach Specialist/Care Coordinator in the region you will be Waymark’s frontline presence in and alongside healthcare facilities often our first point of contact with our patients and a key member of a startup team helping to shape and refine our workflows and build strong relationships with primary care physician partners. You will work to improve the health of patients from low- income communities by fostering trust and connecting them with various providers and resources. You will be part of a care team that is multidisciplinary and includes Licensed Clinical Social Workers Pharmacists and Community Health Workers.  Responsibilities Initiate outreach to new patients and facilitate connections to healthcare resources and support referrals to care team members telephonically via SMS via video or in-person.  Foster trust and improve patient engagement rates through effective empathetic and credible patient communication. Collect review and analyze patient data from Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or other data sources to assist monitoring and prioritization of patient care and to improve utilization of preventative care. Communicate with primary care providers through multiple avenues (potentially including EHR messaging and in-person meetings with providers to review patient updates). Serve as a primary day-to-day contact and build trusted collaborative relationships with healthcare facility providers.  Participate in weekly Waymark care team huddles and partner with the full care team (Pharmacists Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Community Health Workers) to support coordinated patient care. Accurately document each patient encounter in detail. Collaborate with the Waymark support team to test and refine internal workflows and co-design more efficient processes for supporting patient care. This is a hybrid role involving remote work from home as well as working within healthcare provider facilities as needed. Minimum qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfort tailoring communication to credibly and concisely communicate with primary care physicians and to communicate with patients in an empathetic and accessible manner. Highly organized and self-motivated to work independently and manage schedules efficiently. Customer service and/or sales experience. Experience with Electronic Health Records. Experience in a healthcare delivery setting preferably communicating with medical providers. Passion for working with diverse communities in an empathetic inclusive and professional manner. ​​Friendly energetic and enthusiastic personality with a client service orientation. Comfort navigating a variety of technology platforms including Google Workspace.
