What You’ll Do: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Staff Data Analyst to be a key partner to our executive and Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership teams. In this role you will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that directly influence sales strategy GTM execution and business growth. You will own the analytical framework for measuring the health of our customer acquisition growth and retention motions. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise business acumen and the ability to clearly communicate a metric-driven narrative to a wide range of stakeholders. Responsibilities Unlock value in our sales motions by leaning in with curiosity to investigate sales trends conversion rates levers by channels segments partners geos customer size etc.  Offer insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely alerts on significant changes anomalies or performance gaps. Develop and present compelling data-driven narratives to support strategic planning investment decisions and business reviews (e.g. QBRs board meetings). Proactively lead deep-dive analyses on critical business questions such as sales motion effectiveness market segmentation and pricing strategy. Actively support the sales team in better understanding their go-to-market motion results staffing capacity planning product requirements and improving sales efficiency. Own the end-to-end reporting process for all key GTM metrics including net new ARR (annual recurring revenue) pipeline generation conversion rates and the expand and cross-sell funnel. Design build and maintain a suite of scalable dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g. Sigma Tableau Power BI Looker) that provide visibility into performance. Conduct complex data analysis using SQL to extract manipulate and analyze data from various sources (e.g. Salesforce marketing automation platforms financial systems). How You Work Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying trends opportunities and risks within our GTM data products. Translate complex data concepts into clear concise and simple terms for non-technical audiences. Have regular meetings with key stakeholders that define what data product readiness looks like in the now next and future timelines.  Influence key prioritization and resource allocation decisions by providing a clear data-backed point of view that makes data products future-ready. Collaborate with analytics engineers to build and maintain the data pipelines that ensure growth metrics are evolving in alignment with the company's strategy.   Example data products you would own Annual Recurring Revenue that measures monthly quarterly and annual changes in Net New ARR Net Logo Counts and Units. New Logo Funnel to understand stage conversion rates sales cycle lengths and connections to marketing activities. Expand Funnel to measure the conversion rates deal sizes and attribution of customer-focused sales and marketing activities to expand and cross-sell opportunities.    Retention Analysis to show churn rates by customer segment product line or vertical. Market Opportunity & Segmentation Analysis that identifies new market segments with high growth potential and provides data to inform GTM strategy. What You Bring To The Team: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance Economics Statistics Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or a similar role with a strong focus on Sales GTM or Marketing analytics preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Proven experience with BI tools such as Sigma Tableau Looker Power BI or similar platforms. Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for an executive audience. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision-making. About this role As a Pharmacy Technician you will provide virtual (primarily telephonic) support for Medicaid patients. You will partner with Waymark clinical pharmacists to help patients access medications address barriers to medication non-adherence access relevant durable medical equipment (DME) and elevate prescription needs to providers. You will report to the Clinical Pharmacist Lead in Illinous state. You will interact with patients through telehealth modalities (SMS and phone) as part of a broader team that includes community health workers who see patients in person and support patients in addressing social determinants of health therapists who provide mental health counseling and care coordinators who work closely with care providers and community-based organizations to support wrap-around services. You will also work closely with the Waymark clinical pharmacist to provide interventions in primary care that help patients overcome challenges gaining access to and appropriately taking their medications. Responsibilities Perform telephonic and SMS outreach to patients and providers/pharmacies to address medication access issues medication non-adherence or other drug utilization activities to improve patient and quality outcomes. Outreach may also include addressing medication-related and disease control-related HEDIS gaps.  Coordinate patient medication needs with a multidisciplinary team including community health workers (CHW’s) care coordinators and therapists. Coordinate with external healthcare providers and Waymark care team to provide accurate and timely information on medications.  Facilitate medication access including answering resolving and triaging inbound inquiries in collaboration with the Clinical Pharmacist Lead. Facilitate timely responses to internal Waymark requests for pharmacy team assistance by obtaining and documenting medication information and verifying eligibility formulary benefits and allergy information as requested by the Waymark Pharmacist Lead. Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to assist in completing medication prior authorizations navigate formulary changes manage side effects and identify therapeutic substitutions in conjunction with Waymark and primary care teams. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure productivity and quality metrics are met. Actively participate in innovation with an evolving startup environment by identifying trends resolving problems recommending improvements and implementing process improvement changes applying observations and recommendations to resolve operational issues increasing productivity and quality and achieving excellent customer experience. Minimum qualifications Current Illinois State Pharmacy Technician License in good standing. PTCB CPhT Certification. 2 or more years experience working in outpatient/primary care/clinic-based or managed care settings. Experience with and commitment to improving care for underserved populations. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting. Strong interpersonal communication skills comfortable with proactively engaging patients telephonically comfortable reaching out to on-site clinicians payors and pharmacies telephonically. About this role As the Cleveland Community Health Worker (CHW) Manager for Waymark you will lead our community health workers in the region. Reporting to the VP of Market Operations you will supervise and manage a team of CHWs – including helping them implement their day-to-day priorities providing coaching and support around patient care and managing performance to team goals. As a leader in a growing organization you will also develop and steward community partnerships and resource information to support patient care and impact how we design structure and implement the CHW experience for our employees spanning recruitment hiring and training deployment mentorship resourcing providing pathways to advancement and advocating for CHWs across our organization and externally.  Responsibilities Provide direct supervision of the day-to-day activities of CHWs in the greater Cleveland area including helping them establish and implement their schedules and priorities.  Lead weekly team huddles with a multidisciplinary team – including CHWs licensed clinical social workers pharmacists and care coordinators – to coordinate patient care.
