Description Position at LeadVenture Global HR Business PartnerThe Global Human Resources Business Partner (GHRBP) is a business-aligned client-obsessed professional who owns the relationship between HR and the individual leaders of dedicated functional areas of the business regardless of geographical location. The GHRBP is an active member of the internal client’s management team and the OneHR global human resources team. The GHRBP leads and manages the people management-related agenda driving the required change management projects and the related internal communications. The GHRBP acts not only as an HR consultant for key talent decisions but also shares the responsibility for meeting functional client goals with and through people. The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting analytics and business insights that support the successful management of the Bob Evans account. This role partners closely with account management operations providers and client stakeholders to analyze performance identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain recurring operational and executive reports. Analyze account performance metrics trends spend work order activity and provider performance.
