We focus on delivering high-quality user-centered designs that help businesses scale and succeed. Unlike traditional agencies we work on a subscription-based model providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows. ### Why this position We’re looking for an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle with inbound leads. From the first call to the signed contract you’ll be the person who guides potential clients through the process starts trial projects and closes deals. Handle inbound leads and run intro/discovery calls (understand client’s product challenges team setup) Clearly explain Eleken’s value proposition and workflow (dedicated designers training system subscription model) Present the trial process and guide prospects through it Collect project requirements and ensure the most relevant designer is assigned Share case studies and success stories to illustrate Eleken’s expertise Book follow-up calls with the Head of Design for project scoping and next steps Manage the full sales cycle: first call trial invoice contract handover to Customer Success Manager Keep pipeline and client notes updated in CRM ### Hard Skills 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development (preferably SaaS IT services or creative/digital agencies) Fluent English (confident spoken and written communication with international clients) Experience running intro & discovery calls Ability to present a value proposition and workflow clearly (explaining subscription models trial processes and team structures) Skills in negotiation and deal closing — from proposal to signed contract Experience managing the full sales cycle (intro trial contract handover) CRM proficiency (HubSpot Pipedrive or similar) — keeping pipeline and client notes up to date Ability to prepare and deliver case studies/success stories to support sales conversations ### Soft Skills Consultative sales mindset — ability to listen ask probing questions and tailor the pitch to client needs Strong communication and presentation skills Discovery mindset & curiosity Proactivity and ownership Organization and prioritization — managing multiple leads and deals at different stages of the funnel Team collaboration — working smoothly with design leads customer success and marketing ### For you: Salary: discussed individually and depends on your experience and skills Flexible working hours ️ Paid vacations and sick leaves Fully remote Co-working space compensation ✍️ Finance Support (we take care of tax payments and accounting for you) ️ Employee referral bonus Internal Educational activities (Eleken Talks Design Feedback Lectures from the team members) Reading Club and corporate library ### Interview Stages: ➡️ Interview: with Talent Acquisition Specialist ➡️ Interview: with CEO (dive deeper into your experience) ➡️ Reference Check ➡️ Offer ### Want to learn more about our company or see our work?
