About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Support team. What You'll Do Organize and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the Customer Support team. Handle a variety of administrative duties such as filing record-keeping and document preparation to maintain efficient office operations. Assist in tracking and managing Customer Support metrics and reporting trends to management. Coordinate communication between team members and other departments ensuring seamless collaboration. Respond professionally to customer inquiries as needed aiding in the resolution of support requests. Manage and update databases with customer and organizational information. Order and maintain supplies ensuring the team is properly equipped to perform daily operations effectively. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to our administrative processes. Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack or Zoom. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus. Availability to work full-time hours with flexibility to adapt to team needs.
