This is a flexible work from home position where you can choose your day and build valuable professional connections. Your main focus will be to onboard new referral partners including real estate agents accountants and other professionals onto our digital portal and website. Once a partner is onboarded our internal team follows up to keep them informed of our lending solutions. Through our AI powered portal these partners can easily refer clients needing home business or asset lending and our brokers connect directly with those clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new referral partners to our online platform. Build and maintain relationships to grow a personal network of referral partners. Develop an organic clientele base over time. Collaborate with internal team members who manage ongoing partner communications. Position Overview As a Business Development Professional the ideal candidate must possess a strong technical aptitude excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in IT product segment sales. The individual for this position should be results -oriented self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a part of the team. Candidates with prior exposure to proctoring e learning or AI-driven Edtech solutions or LMS based solutions are highly encouraged to apply. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management or a similar qualification. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology would be an advantage. Experience 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales specifically in the IT product sales (SaaS or PaaS domain) preferably in the Moodle or other LMS or in the Edtech industry. Proven track record of success in selling complex software products preferably in the LMS or Edtech domain. Experience in consultative or value based selling focusing on understanding customer pain points and aligning product benefits to address them. Strong communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of our proctoring product to potential clients. Experience working with Universities and educational institutions in an LMS context is highly desirable. Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals contracts and drafting sales pitches/ proposals. Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities. Good hands on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.Knack for building rapport with existing and potential clients. Proven experience in pipeline management account management and gathering regular client feedback is essential to drive product improvements . Capacity to analyse and understand the sales forecasts and trends. Ability to convert leads into business opportunities. Understanding of how to procure government sales projects and tenders would be desirable. Proficient in generating leads through platforms such as Upwork PPH Freelancer and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong networking skills . Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and trends. Determining sales forecasts and industry trends relevant to Edtech and online exam security. Identifying and understanding client pain points articulating product benefits and aligning them with client needs. Building a robust sales pipeline through consistent lead generation qualification and nurturing strategies. Preparing and delivering customised sales pitches/presentations that address specific client requirements. Consulting with IT developers and management to propose product improvements based on client feedback and market demands. Maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients including regular email marketing to address evolving requirements. Analysing industry trends competitor products/features and researching ongoing events to maintain a competitive edge. Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for proctoring product from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale follow-ups. Ensuring marketing collateral (brochure decks web content) is created and updated regularly in tandem with new features or market insights Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies promotional campaigns and feature road maps.
