This is a critical role for an individual who deeply understands the mental health audience and can seamlessly blend strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will be instrumental in driving the brand's reach fostering key partnerships and ultimately contributing to revenue and sales goals. This is a remote offshore position offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a vital mission. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's mission and business objectives focusing on B2B partnerships lead generation and revenue growth. Act as both a strategist and an executor capable of defining high-level plans while also diving into the details of campaign implementation. Drive revenue and sales focus across all marketing initiatives ensuring clear ROI. Audience Understanding & Engagement: Deeply understand the needs behaviors and sensitivities of the target audience within the mental health space. Develop messaging and campaigns that resonate authentically and build trust. Digital Marketing & Growth: Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns particularly Google Ads to drive qualified leads and conversions. Manage and leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to streamline lead nurturing customer journeys and reporting. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand reach and referral networks. SEO Oversight & Collaboration: Supervise the external SEO agency providing strategic direction feedback on their performance and ensuring their efforts align with the overall vision and ROI goals. Collaborate closely with the agency to optimize organic search performance and content strategy. Brand & Content Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Contribute to content strategy ensuring it is informative empathetic and engaging for the audience. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track analyze and report on key marketing KPIs providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and inform business decisions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior management role. Passion for mental health and a deep understanding of the unique audience and ethical considerations within this sector. Proven track record as both a marketing strategist and an executor capable of managing campaigns from conception to optimization. Experience in B2B marketing and partnership development. Proficiency in Google Ads and other paid digital advertising platforms. Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience supervising external agencies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. My client a Native Owned small business seeks to hire a Director of Operations and Business Growth in support of federal contracts primarily focused on US SOCOM and related programs. In this role you will be responsible for overall operations for the current SOCOM program to include formulating and executing strategy leveraging current DoD relationships (USAF and Army) and forging new client connections. This is a hands- on client focused role developing and qualifying a pipeline to support the growth of business in professional services IT and/or Cyber. This position is remote with travel required to customer sites and to the DC metro area as needed. The ideal candidate will be based in the EST zone and be able to work core East Coast business hours. Overseeing the development and execution of customer call plans for opportunities assessing the competitive landscape and applying knowledge of leading competitors to foster an effective and differentiated win strategy. Developing and briefing bid/no bid recommendations with pursuit and capture strategies for new business opportunities. Managing responses to government market research inquiries (RFIs sources sought notices etc.) Shaping acquisition strategies by leveraging client relationships company capabilities and experience and partners Qualifications: Must have experience overseeing operations for DoD programs managing professional teams to include IT Cybersecurity or professional services Bachelor’s degree required. Strong track record of business development success with the Army customer Previous operational experience working across diverse verticals and understanding of the IT or professional services or cyber mission areas and mission support services. Knowledge of DoD customers and understanding of the commands mission areas and space. Minimum 3 years of business development/ program growth and/or capture experience with demonstrated success developing a qualified new business pipeline and winning new business. Strong familiarity with federal acquisition regulations policies and contract vehicles strongly preferred. Experience working with 8a business direct awards sole source awards as well as full and open pursuits is highly valued. Current secret or higher clearance is a plus but not required. Ability to identify key growth areas and develop new business aligned with the company’s growth strategy. Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams with varying levels of experience. Knowledge of government contracting and current acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors. Knowledge of competitors and ability to model competitor behavior in the market. Strong contract management negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to present and communicate effectively at senior levels. Problem solving and decision making. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to travel up to 20 percent of the time or as business dictates. Must be a US Citizen able to obtain a security clearance.
