As the VP of Game Engineering you will lead the strategic direction growth and excellence of engineering across a portfolio of mobile-first free-to-play live service games. This role combines visionary leadership with deep technical insight ensuring teams have the tools systems and workflows to build and scale high-quality games quickly and sustainably. You'll work closely with studio leadership technical directors and cross-functional partners to align engineering priorities with business goals while nurturing innovation collaboration and performance across distributed teams.
