We are seeking an Executive Assistant with HR experience to support the CEO for around 3-4 hours per day. We are a growing company and would appreciate someone who wants to grow with us. As we grow further hours may be available. You MUST have at least two years previous PA/EA experience for this role. Duties to include: 1. Helping the CEO organise some personal property projects and to a smaller extent his personal life so private PA experience is an advantage. 2. HR duties takes about a third of the time required by this role. To include recruiting interviewing putting out adverts on indeed shortlistings and all onboarding in this regard. Light management of staff to include liaising with employment law lawyers asbence management and responsible for all records and documentation 3. Calendar & inbox management - organising the CEO's time and having a daily one to one with him. Going through his inbox labelling and dealing with anything he may have missed. 4. Proficient in research - especially using AI tools 5. Experience or Trello or Asana desirable. 6. Helping with projects and progressing and constantly improving the company Ideal candidate Will be someone who is easy to get on with and warm is honest and can focus on tasks at hand to see them through to fruition. Has a degree of gravitas to be able to offer opinions and improvements. Gets on well with others is key. Whilst you are HR our team is our family and we do not operate with a hierarchy.
