We’re looking for a special person who can create beautiful well-thought-out coherent designs that also perform well with users. This fully-remote role will start on a part-time contract basis with the potential to evolve into more hours or even full-time salary with benefits for the right person. We're looking for talented designers not template jockeys. Templates can sometimes be a helpful starting point but you should feel confident designing pages from scratch or building on an existing design system. This is a role for visual designers not coders. A working knowledge of HTML and CSS is good but you won’t need to know React Vue Angular or custom programming. We’re specifically looking for graphic designers with expertise in working with front-end page builder tools such as Elementor. This role requires real-time collaboration. Freelancers are welcome (and you can be located anywhere in the world!) but we require you to be available for occasional Zoom meetings and team collaboration via Slack during East Coast business hours. Requirements Graphics design training and background with an expert eye for information architecture layout color and typography. Expert-level knowledge of Elementor including newer features. Portfolio of stunning Elementor websites. Hands-on experience with Photoshop Figma and Canva to create edit and process images design simple graphics etc. Optimizing design for lead conversion. Optimizing for page speed. Understanding of WordPress including Advanced Custom Fields. Excellent English communication skills as you’ll be communicating and collaborating with our remote team.
