(excel PowerBI salesforce etc) Liaise between various business departments and groups Assess options for process improvement including business process modeling Maintain documentation regarding various projects processes and operations You're the right fit if: You have acquired 2+ years experience as a Business/Operations Data Analyst preferably in the health tech industry. Your skills include advanced to expert level experience with data analytics tools including strong experience creating dashboards in PowerBI. AND the ability to take complex data insights and present them in an effective and easy to understand formats for all stakeholder levels. Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Business Administration Project Management Sales Marketing or equivalent. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . Strong project management change management and business analysis skills AND excellent communication influencing relationship building and problem-solving skills at all levels of an organization. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $70000.00-$140000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity. In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program which includes a generous PTO 401k (up to 7% match) HSA (with company contribution) stock purchase plan education reimbursement and much more. The Business Analytics Lead Analyst will be a critical member of Cigna's Individual and Family Plan Risk Adjustment – EDGE Operations Team. This role will drive improvements across Cigna's participation and compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Risk Adjustment Programs. The Business Analytics Lead Analyst is a hands-on data role that will be relied upon to use data to answer business critical questions surrounding Cigna's current and future participation in the government business space. Some of the risk operation related initiatives impact Cigna's customers directly and the Business Analytics Lead Analyst will be expected to put the customer “first” in these situations – always keeping a strong customer focus while improving Cigna's position in the marketplace. If you're someone who thrives in transforming chaos into clarity and who finds joy in well-structured data and processes—this role is for you. ### What You’ll Do Own the reporting layer of Lever ATS—extract clean and structure data across the full talent funnel Build dashboards using reporting tools like Power BI that highlight pipeline health recruiter activity source performance and time-to-fill metrics Partner with the VP of Talent and team leads to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that drive meaningful improvements Develop robust scalable SOPs for sourcing screening candidate tracking interview stages and note tagging Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend data-driven improvements Deliver daily weekly monthly and quarterly insights to inform strategy and operations Maintain a single source of truth for talent metrics across the organization ### What You Bring 5+ years of experience in a data analyst HR operations or business operations role Strong experience with reporting tools like Power BI (other platforms also welcome) Experience working with applicant tracking systems ideally Lever and large datasets Basic scripting/API knowledge to pull data or automate tasks (no coding background needed) Excellent process documentation skills—able to create clear practical SOPs Solid understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables formulas structured templates) Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or Copilot) to streamline reporting or documentation ### The Team You'll Join You’ll be part of a 30-person Talent team structured around: Sourcing Recruiting Evaluation Candidate Management This role reports to the VP of Talent and collaborates with a technical consultant for advanced automation or integration support. ### This Role Is For You If You...
