You will be responsible for efficiently driving global purchases and managing IT assets and licenses overseeing standards compliance and working closely with internal teams to manage purchasing activities. Responsibilities: Process requisitions and purchase orders for IT assets ensuring timely delivery and issue resolutions with a focus on EMEA and US regions Collaborating with internal departments suppliers and vendors Ensuring compliance in all software service and procurement activities Purchasing tracking and maintaining inventory of hardware licenses and services Maintain and update the Company’s asset database accurately through regular monitoring and coordination. Researching and recommending solutions and vendors based on business needs Coordinating hardware maintenance repairs upgrades and decommissioning Creating and assisting in the development and refinement of procurement policies and procedures. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field Experience working with international vendors and cross-functional internal teams Solid understanding of modern hardware software and IT service markets Familiarity with software and service licensing models Experience working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams Knowledge of procurement best practices and cost optimization strategies Supervisory and team management experience is a plus.
