Represent Product in customer advisory boards working groups and analyst briefings. Champion user-centric design and ensure fraud prevention scenarios are embedded in feature definitions and customer journeys. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Marketing on positioning messaging and enablement — ensuring fraud expertise informs every GTM touchpoint. Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support strategic accounts and key opportunities with SME input. Support internal enablement by educating peers across functions on fraud trends and solution capabilities. Desired Requirements Bachelor’s degree required / MBA preferred. 12+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on building and growing Software on premises and in the cloud. 10+ years of SME experience in product management for a software company. Prior experience with real-time fraud detection behavioral biometrics device intelligence identity proofing or transaction monitoring systems. Experience engaging with global financial institutions regulators or compliance teams. Experience in scaling B2B product lines achieving measurable revenue growth and managing product P&L.
