Responsibilities: Data Integrity: Ensure databases are accurate and consistent update CRM and related systems daily. Margin monitoring proactively. Flagging and correcting any inconsistencies. Pipeline Tracking: Monitor open leads conversion rates average order value (AOV) and lifetime value (LTV) to maintain real-time insights. Inventory Insights: Provide updates on back-in-stock items and out-of-stock alerts for high-demand products. Maintain Dashboard: Update sales dashboards to reflect current sales status daily trends and projections. Lead Assignment: Enter and assign all inbound leads to reps in NetSuite. Welcome Gift Upload: NEO/ANA Activity Tracking: Correlate weekly sales activities (calls meetings demos) with sales performance outcomes. Provide Weekly Summary: Prepare and present data-driven insights during weekly team strategy meetings. Incentive Administration: Track day-to-day incentive progress measure weekly success suggest ongoing improvements and new incentive ideas. Target Definition: Identify lapsed new proprietary and new customer targets on a weekly basis by rep and state. The Onboarding Specialist will analyze various economic and other presence factors to determine where clients have sales tax nexus. They will provide explanations to the client to help inform where they decide to open permits. Contributing to Onboarding Process Improvement. You will work with the Onboarding Team to identify and implement improvements to onboarding workflow so that clients have a hassle-free and enjoyable experience while minimizing risk for both our clients and TaxValet. Making Sense of Transaction Data. Using Excel you will unravel and provide documentation for the clients' transaction data and integrate the data into tax software systems so that you can confirm its accuracy.
