#### Kurzbeschreibung Als Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Vertriebsteam bei der aktiven Ansprache neuer Kunden begleitest den gesamten Angebots- und Vertriebsprozess und trägst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kampagnen und Lead-Generierung bei. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen dokumentierst Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM System und analysierst relevante Kennzahlen um Optimierungspotenziale aufzudecken. Gleichzeitig wirkst du an Forecasts Budgetplanung und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsprozesse und Tools mit. Wenn du kommunikativ bist strukturiert arbeitest und erste Erfahrungen im Vertriebsumfeld mitbringst freuen wir uns darauf dich kennenzulernen! #### Deine Aufgaben In der Rolle als Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d) übernimmst du die aktive telefonische und digitale Ansprache potenzieller Kunden um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen. Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und wirkst an Vertragsverhandlungen mit. Gemeinsam mit dem Marketingteam arbeitest du an Kampagnen Events und der Generierung qualifizierter Leads. Dabei dokumentierst du alle Aktivitäten sorgfältig im CRM System und sorgst für eine transparente Nachverfolgung. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsteam sowie anderen Abteilungen zusammen um Kundenanfragen optimal zu erfüllen. Darüber hinaus analysierst du regelmäßig die relevanten Vertriebskennzahlen und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ab. Du unterstützt bei der Planung Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsprozessen ebenso wie bei der Erstellung von Forecasts der Budgetplanung und der Zielverfolgung. Zusätzlich übernimmst du die Koordination und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der genutzten Vertriebstools und CRM Systeme wie zum Beispiel Microsoft Dynamics. #### Dein Profil Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftsnahes Studium abgeschlossen und suchst jetzt den nächsten Schritt im Vertrieb. Erste Erfahrungen im Inside Sales TeleSales oder Kundenservice sind erforderlich. Deine Begeisterung für den Kontakt mit Menschen ist das was zählt. Du kommunizierst klar professionell und überzeugend egal ob am Telefon oder schriftlich. Als Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d) arbeitest du eigenständig denkst lösungsorientiert und hast Spaß daran gemeinsam im Team Ziele zu erreichen. Sales Operations Manager Role Overview The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling and empowering RedHelm’s national sales team. By leveraging tools data insights and streamlined processes this role ensures alignment between sales and operations while driving clarity precision and performance. Acting as both a strategist and problem solver the Sales Operations Manager translates data into meaningful action maintains seamless system administration and serves as a trusted escalation point for the Sales Ops team. Success in this role depends on collaboration across Sales Finance and Operations working together to deliver the excellence and dependability that define RedHelm’s approach. Key Responsibilities Data Reporting and Insights Maintain and manage financial and sales performance data in HubSpot ensuring accuracy and accessibility for leadership. Lead the monthly board deck process gathering and synthesizing data into clear compelling reports and supporting narratives. Monitor bookings data and deliver timely updates to Sales and Finance leadership. Build and refine HubSpot dashboards and reports to support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs. Translate data into actionable insights surfacing trends risks and opportunities that inform leadership decisions. Team Leadership & Escalation Lead and enable the Sales Operations team setting clear expectations and fostering independence and accountability. Serve as the first point of escalation providing guidance problem-solving support and connecting the team with the right resources. Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen execution and build team capabilities. Systems & Tools Administration Act as subject matter expert and administrator for HubSpot CRM ensuring system integrity configuration and adoption. Oversee DealHub CPQ administration including adding new products and supporting quoting escalations. Partner with Sales and Operations to optimize tool usage and reduce friction in the sales process. Process & Operations Flow Define maintain and continuously improve sales processes to ensure smooth handoffs between Sales and Operations. Resolve process-related questions and proactively address obstacles to keep work moving efficiently. Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve pipeline hygiene forecast accuracy and overall sales effectiveness. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate reporting of bookings cross-sell activity and revenue forecasts. Collaborate with leaders across Sales Finance and Operations to align data reporting and processes with organizational goals. Act as a trusted partner who balances sales objectives with operational readiness and long-term client success. Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and reporting familiarity with CPQ tools such as DealHub. Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency with Excel or BI tools to support data analysis and reporting. Clear and confident communicator who can engage both technical stakeholders and executive leadership. Highly organized and detail-oriented able to manage recurring deliverables and deadlines. Proactive problem solver with a focus on improving workflows and reducing friction. Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams desired. Measures of Success (internal) Accuracy timeliness and clarity of board decks forecasts and reporting deliverables. Sales Operations team operating with independence and minimal escalations. Ongoing process improvements that reduce friction and enable sales performance This role offers an annual salary range of $100000 to $115000 based on experience and qualifications.
