Responsibilities: Work within our mission to deploy digital strategies that drive brand growth customer engagement and community building across email and social platforms Plan build and execute email marketing campaigns in Hubspot including segmentation automation and A/B testing with a focus on performance and personalization Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and brand voice across social media platforms (Instagram Facebook etc.) while staying personally engaged with our audience through comments DMs and community interactions Take ownership of campaign performance by tracking KPIs (open rates CTR conversions engagement) and following through with data-driven optimizations Keep accurate records of campaign performance content calendars and testing outcomes to inform future strategy Work collaboratively with the creative team to oversee the development of visual assets for email and social campaigns (e.g. graphics reels stories carousels) Maintain an organized workflow and prioritize tasks based on campaign deadlines product launches and seasonal promotions Learn study and become deeply familiar with our products brand story and customer personas to create content that resonates with our audience Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align messaging across channels and support broader marketing initiatives Assist in developing and updating email templates social media content libraries and campaign documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency Stay current on trends in email marketing social media algorithms and wellness industry content to keep our strategy fresh and competitive Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of grammar tone and brand voice Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset when addressing campaign performance or platform issues Minimum of 2 years’ experience in email marketing and social media management preferably in the wellness nutrition or e-commerce space Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment Demonstrated experience using Hubspot for email marketing including segmentation automation and A/B testing Proficiency in managing and growing social media platforms especially Instagram and Facebook using tools like Meta Business Suite Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to analyze and report on KPIs (open rates CTR conversions engagement etc.) Experience with Shopify Canva Google Analytics and Office 365 is a plus Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to email rendering deliverability and social platform integrations Familiarity with customer engagement tools such as Okendo Hubspot and user-generated content strategies Strategic thinker with the ability to align content with business goals and customer needs Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling visual content and community engagement Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing content calendars and campaign workflows Interest and solid understanding of health nutrition real food and holistic wellness Comfortable navigating individual customer differences and tailoring messaging to diverse audiences Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrated empathy and customer-centric thinking in all communications Organic 3 Inc. inclusive hiring information: We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin veteran status or disability status.
