Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for RBT positions from job posting through offer acceptance Source qualified candidates through job boards referrals and networking Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Represent the company professionally to candidates ensuring a positive recruitment experience Track hiring metrics and recruitment goals Qualifications: Prior recruiting/talent acquisition experience required in ABA or related fields Strong understanding of RBT qualifications and credentialing process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with personal equipment.
