See Arkestro in action at arkestro.com About this Role Our Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving Arkestro’s growth and brand visibility. We’re looking for someone who takes full ownership of our digital marketing campaigns and channels — someone proactive resourceful and eager to experiment and find new ways to engage our audience. In our small collaborative team you’ll drive hands-on execution across our digital channels to scale our reach and impact.

Responsibilities

Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media email SEO paid advertising) Execute SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings (Google LinkedIn Supply Chain / Procurement digital sites) Manage and update the Arkestro website including optimizing landing pages and website content for conversions and analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement Build and maintain lead funnels and nurturing workflows in CRM tools e.g. HubSpot Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads LinkedIn ads Content Syndication Ads) Track analyze and report on campaign performance using data to guide day-to-day optimizations Coordinate with digital marketing consultants to execute and deliver against team priorities Ensure consistent brand voice and design across all channels maintaining a unified and cohesive identity in all marketing materials and communications Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to wear multiple hats stepping in to support high-priority initiatives beyond core responsibilities

Qualifications

3-5+ years experience working in digital marketing ideally for a SaaS company Experience with CRM marketing automation and analytics platforms (Hubspot is a must) Experience with Intent Marketing platforms such as Zoominfo Clay etc Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a fast-paced cross-functional environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a hyper-growth stage company and passion to work with disruptive technology Ability to prioritize multi-task and manage time efficiently Exhibit a keen eye for detail in designing documents website layouts ads and social media cards ensuring visually appealing and on-brand assets.

Pay Range
