Position Overview

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate

has experience creating engaging healthcare-related content growing online communities generating leads and leveraging social media to build brand awareness and trust.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals. Create schedule and publish engaging content across Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok YouTube and other relevant platforms. Design graphics videos and marketing materials that reflect our brand and services. Monitor social media channels respond to comments and messages and engage with our online community. Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns. Collaborate with leadership to promote home health services recruitment initiatives community outreach and patient education. Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement reach lead generation and campaign effectiveness. Stay current with social media trends healthcare marketing best practices and platform updates. Assist with website content blogs email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives as needed. QualificationsRequired 2+ years of social media marketing experience. Proven track record of growing social media engagement and audience reach. Experience managing multiple social media platforms professionally. Strong copywriting communication and content creation skills. Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.Preferred Experience in healthcare home health nursing medical staffing or related industries.
